VOUCHERS
All vouchers issued will be valid for a period of 12 months from the issue date. Vouchers not used by this period will be deemed expired and no longer valid for the procurement of training or related services from MTL.
Additional Terms of Business for Top Up discounts
When booking using Major Training’s Reward discounts our normal Terms of Business and cancellation periods apply. In addition to our standard terms, Reward discounts are subject to the following additional terms.
Reward Vouchers are valid for 10 days from the date of booking the initial qualifying course. (In this instance 'booking' will be taken to mean the day on which the request is made for the course(s) to be booked, and not the date at which a booking form is returned) Booking forms for Top Up places must be signed and returned within the 10 day period otherwise they will have deemed to be expired. Reward Discount places can be booked up to 3 months in advance and no more.
Reward discounts are available for the booking of Public courses only. Company room bookings do not qualify for the issue of Reward discounts.
Reward vouchers are issued on a first come-first served basis and Major Training takes no responsibility or affects no control over internal ownership of vouchers. On this basis the vouchers are offered 'company wide' and are not owned by the qualifying purchaser. To avoid the vouchers being used by another party, we suggest that vouchers are used as quickly as possible.
Reward discounts can be used in conjunction with Pre-Paid vouchers at the discounts levels associated with any pre-pay discounts you may receive.
Rewars discounts are only redeemable against qualifying public courses and are not available for use on closed company courses.
Reward discounts are not available to Private bookings or 'not for Profit' organisations and charities that already enjoy 50% discounts on public course places.
Major Training reserves to right to amend the number and validity period of its Reward discounts and the terms under which they are issued without prior notice. Once places are booked Major Training will however honour the discounted rates allocated.
It remains the responsibility of the client to track and monitor voucher usage and expiry dates. Major Training does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss of discounts due to loss or omission from our Weekly notification email. We issue email notifications weekly to the initial purchaser and do not issue alerts 'company wide' ; if clients wish to forward the alerts internally to a wider audience then this is permissible.
