Summary: This course provides participants with an understanding of Outlook which will enable them to use the software to its full potential.
Pre-requisites: All attendees to the Outlook course must be proficient with basic Mouse, Keyboard and Windows skills. You are not expected to have previous knowledge of Outlook , but any exposure will be of benefit.

Objectives: The course will enable participants to Identify and describe the component features that collectively make up Outlook . Participants will be taught the skills to build Outlook folder structures to manage their files. Delegates will be able to create, send receive and amend a series of Outlook elements including notes, emails, meetings and tasks. Users will be able to list and define the collection of tools available in Outlook as an organisational management system.
