Pre-requisites: All attendees must be proficient with basic Mouse, Keyboard and Windows skills. You are not expected to have previous knowledge of Outlook, but any exposure will be of benefit.

Objectives: The course will enable participants to Identify and describe the component features that collectively make up Outlook. Participants will be taught the skills to build Outlook folder structures to manage their files.
