Summary: This course provides an introduction to Microsoft Access, part of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs. The course will identify and describe the component features that make up Microsoft Access and introduce you to working with them.

Pre-requisites: All attendees to Microsoft Access Courses must be proficient with basic Mouse, Keyboard and Windows skills. If you are new to Microsoft products, in particular Microsoft Access, we suggest that you spend a little time looking over the basic toolbar and menu options. An understanding of Database concepts is beneficial but not essential.

Start & Finish Times: 10am to 5pm

Objectives: This hands-on course will enable participants to identify and describe the component features that collectively make up Microsoft Access. Participants will be able to build database objects including Tables, Queries, Simple Forms and Reports.

If you are required to use Access simply for Data Input, or need to progress to build your own Tables and Queries, this course will point you in the right direction.
